Who's it for?

Anyone who's learned the basics and wants to play better. If you can build a legal winning hand, you're ready — you do not need to know scoring, and this isn't part of a course. Take it whenever you like, as many times as you like.

You can play, but something feels off. You're not sure which tiles to throw. Your hand never feels ready, or it's not ready fast enough to win. This workshop focuses on what separates casual players from confident ones: how to think about your hand. Learn the art of intelligent discarding and hand building that maximizes your options. Whether you're building your first winning hand or defending against aggressive players, this class will change how you approach the game.

What you'll learn:

• Tile efficiency: the full breakdown. You hear Mrs. K say it a lot — this time we'll fully deep dive into what the concept is!
• 5 and 6 Block Theory: the framework for organizing your hand.
• Smart hand building tips for keeping your options open.
• Defensive tactics to adjust your strategy late in the game.

You'll leave discarding with intention instead of instinct — and reading the table like the strong players do.

Do I need to take anything first?

Just Learn to Play. That's our only class with a requirement — everything else is à la carte, and you can take them in any order.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• Need to reschedule? You can do that up to 48 hours before your reservation.
• Need to cancel? Just give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll refund your reservation fee, minus a 5% payment processing fee. After that, we may not be able to refund your reservation fee.
