Reservations
Reservations for game sessions or events at Atlanta Mahjong Studio are confirmed digitally and do not require shipping. You will receive a confirmation email after booking, and no physical items will be mailed.
Merchandise Orders
Apparel and other physical items sold through our store are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand partner.

Processing Time: Most items are made to order and typically ship within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note that if you order both a reservation and a physical product, you will receive separate confirmations and fulfillment timelines.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at studio@atlmahjong.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
