Who's It For?
Anyone who wants to play Filipino mahjong! Brand new to mahjong? You're covered, no experience needed. Already play Hong Kong, American, or another style? This class gets you comfortable with the Filipino rules, fast.
Filipino mahjong moves quickly, with 16-tile hands and simple scoring, so you spend less time memorizing and more time actually playing. It's a great first style to learn and a fun one to add if you already play.
What You'll Learn
- The tiles: suits, winds, dragons, and flowers
- How a turn works: drawing, discarding, and calling tiles
- How to build a winning hand of five sets and a pair
- What sets the Filipino style apart from other versions of mahjong
- Full practice games with coaching right at the table

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Just give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll refund your reservation fee, minus a 5% payment processing fee. After that, we may not be able to refund your reservation fee.
